For Smart PHR Client Account Users
- Info buttons and downloadable instruction manuals and demos are available throughout the Smart PHR System to provide directions, suggest resources, and answer frequently asked questions.
- Free email and follow-up telephone support is available to all authorized Smart PHR users. Log in to your Smart PHR account and click the help icon on the toolbar at the top of your screen. Describe your problem in as much detail as possible and supply an email and daytime telephone number. We do our best to reply to all such requests within 2 business days. Our typical response is only a matter of hours on M-F during normal 9-5 Mountain Time business hours. Your cooperation enables us to efficiently handle a large volume of emails and to offer great value at low subscription costs.
- Lost Passwords. We want to be very certain that you and only you can access Smart PHR accounts consistent with your previously authorized privileges. For this reason, we are extremely careful when we issue new passwords to users. We do not automatically issue new passwords. If you forget your password, send an email to support@thesmartphr.com. Include a daytime telephone number, first and last name, your time zone and when you are most easily reached. You will be contacted by a Prosocial Applications security and privacy officer upon receipt of your email during normal operating hours (9-5 mountain time, M-F) who will ask you a series of questions to confirm your identity and who may request written notarized proof of identity. Once we have confirmed your identity, you will be given a new temporary password. After logging in using this temporary password, you should change this password to an entry known only to you.
- System upgrades. Prosocial routinely upgrades the Smart PHR System to new versions. Subscribers enjoy upgrades without added cost or effort.
